​Owner and CEO Erkan Danis has been in the automotive industry for 29 years, the last 13 of which in preproduction vehicle testing. 

​

He’s managed testing projects across 3 continents in 8 different countries and speaks 4 different languages.  Erkan is a die-hard Porsche fan and overall automotive enthusiast who grew up rooting for Audi Rally and even played ProA(B) basketball professionally in Germany.

He is a very family oriented individual with Turkish roots who was born and raised in Germany, and is now happily thriving in the United States with his wife and two children.

​

Erkan started AMEC back in 2019 with the hopes to continue his vehicle testing career in the USA and build a better testing company that takes care of and invests in its employees.
